Personal declarations are helpful for clarifying your desires.

And affirmations are supportive for occasional (or continual) pep talks.

They also won't shift your deepest insecurities alone.

How do you truly shift the underlying beliefs that regulate whether or not you will take and maintain diligent effort towards any given goal or intention? 

Energy work is helpful for identifying emotions underlying our physical struggles. The way it is practiced can also keep you reliant on outside sources as an authority on what is happening from within your body. How do you shift your energy at the root source from which it originates--and with trust in self and in God rather than through being subject to outside practitioners? 

Journaling and talk therapy are helpful for regulating and moderating the extreme expression of emotions. And these methods only go so far. How do you reduce not only the feelings in the pressure cooker, but remove them from the heat altogether?
